Hello Renee,
The images attached show 5 cherry burl choices. Some are just beautiful burling and grain with nice black voids and bark. And some are more radical with lots of areas for black epoxy. Definitely a subjective choice.
Choices 2, 3 & 4 are guaranteed winners.
Choice 5 is the riskiest to build.
And Choice 1 is a nice mix.
My Opinion: I'd recommend Option 3. Great shapes. Beautiful burl and grain. Just enough black epoxy and black bark. #3 is natural, organic and high-end looking. My thought is #5 is a bit radical ...It's got a lot going on...for a small space like a bathroom.
Check them out and let me know your thoughts.

Rough Sawn vs. Finished Burl
PS - I forgot to mention. These are all currently rough sawn. You can still see the sawmill blade marks. I just wet them down to bring out the grain. They will be planed, black epoxy added, power sanded and finished with danish oil. I've included this image to show you before and after.
