This walnut cutting board and comes with a small mezzaluna. A slight bowl has been honed out of the center to work with the curved blade of the mezzaluna. The walnut tree had a crotch… where a large branch splits off leaving this beautiful natural half-moon shape. I placed it to help pour without spilling. Organic and functional… and a little crazy.
Beautifully finished with a food-safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax.
